We focus on CNC turning We can also accommodate secondary operations such as screw slots, wrench flats, drilled/tapped cross holes, keyway slots, etc,
What type of machines does LMC have?
We have Miyano turning centers at the center of our operations. They have barfeeds for smaller parts and chucking capabilities for larger parts. They have double turrets that can run simultaneously thus shortening cycle times. An automatic saw allows us to cut billets in house for chucking needs when part size goes above the 1 5/8” diameter maximum of the barfeeders. Also, we have various mills, drills, benders, crimpers and welders for seconday operations and support.
What are the part size capabilities?
Parts we run range from 1/4” up to 4 1/2” diameter. Depending on the part size and configuration we have done parts several feet in length.
What materials do we work with?
We have made parts from cold-rolled and hot-rolled steels, tool steels, alloy steels, cast iron, stainless steels, aluminums, and numerous types of plastics.
What quantities do we run?
We have run orders ranging from 5 up to 22,000 parts.
How do I get my parts quoted?
Either fax or email your part print to us. Please include dimensions, material specs, quantities to be quoted, delivery schedule and a contact name and number. Normally we can get a quote back to you within a day.
Why did the chicken cross the road?
